Terms of Use — ReelyUs

ReelyUs is an app by Sunny Ridge Labs ("we," "us," or "our") that lets groups capture photos together at a shared event (an "experience"), add captions and comments, and build those photos into a recap reel. By creating an account or using ReelyUs, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ReelyUs. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password confidential.

3. Content you create

ReelyUs lets you upload photos and write captions and comments that are shared with the other members of an experience you join or host. You keep ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you give us permission to store, display, and share it within the app so the feature can work (for example, showing your photos to other members of your experience and building them into a reel). You are responsible for the content you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

4. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on ReelyUs. You agree that you will not post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and you will not harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently remove any user who violates these terms. Content reported as objectionable will be reviewed, and we will act on reports — including removing the content and ejecting the user responsible — within 24 hours.

5. Reporting and blocking

ReelyUs gives you tools to moderate content within your experiences. You can report any photo or comment from another member, and you can block another member, which immediately hides all of their content from you. Reports are sent to us for review. If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please use these tools or contact us at benreyes@sunnyridgelabs.com.

6. In-app purchases

ReelyUs offers in-app purchases ("credits") that are processed by Apple through the App Store. Credits are consumable and are used to build reels. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms in addition to these. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with the app's operation, uploading malicious code, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to ReelyUs at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile tab → Delete account).

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ReelyUs is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunny Ridge Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
