Privacy Policy — ReelyUs

ReelyUs is an app by Sunny Ridge Labs that lets groups capture photos together at a shared event (an "experience"), add captions and comments, and build those photos into a recap reel. This policy explains what information ReelyUs collects, how it is used, and the services involved. ReelyUs is a separate app from our other apps and is covered by this policy.

Information we collect

Account information. When you create a ReelyUs account, we collect your email address and a password. Your password is stored in a secured, hashed form and is used only to sign you in.

Content you create. ReelyUs is a cloud-connected app. The photos, captions, and comments you add to an experience are uploaded to and stored on our servers so they can be shared with the other members of that experience. Your display name and the experiences you join or host are also stored. Unlike a device-only app, this content does leave your device — that is how shared experiences work.

Purchases. ReelyUs offers in-app purchases ("credits"). Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate purchases and to grant the credits you buy.

How your information is used

We use the information above to operate ReelyUs: to authenticate your account, to display and share the photos, captions, and comments within your experiences, to build reels from those photos, and to deliver the credits you purchase. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Service providers

ReelyUs relies on the following service providers to operate. Your information may be stored or processed by them solely to provide the app's functionality:

• Xano — our backend database and application server, which stores account information, experiences, captions, and comments.

• Cloudflare R2 — secure cloud storage for the photos and reels you create.

• Shotstack — a media-processing service used to render your photos into a reel.

• RevenueCat — manages and validates in-app purchases.

• Expo — the framework used to build and deliver the app.

Analytics and tracking

ReelyUs does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and choose "Delete account" in the Danger Zone. Deleting your account removes your account and your associated personal data from our systems. Some content tied to shared experiences and stored files may be removed on a scheduled cleanup basis after an experience ends.

Children's privacy

ReelyUs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update it on this page with a new date.
